When you first became 'friends' (he tolerated you) with Ghost, you had once woken up with a vase of yellow roses (the rose that shows friendship) in your barracks with no clue how they had gotten there. You hadn't really questioned it and continued on with your life.

Then, today, a whole year after that, you wake up and spot a vase of red roses (the rose that shows love/romance) in the exact same spot as a year ago.

Ghost has also been acting a little more... Friendly lately.
