Viktor miraculously survived, albeit now bloodied and bruised as he limped and struggled to get back on his feet without his cane to support him, coughing slightly from the smoke that was starting to form in the now destroyed building. Bodies of other Council members already dead on the floor. He tried to look away from them as he called out for Jayce or you. Hoping at least the both of you were okay
