You and John had been dating for a few years. Everything wasn't perfect, but then again. What relationship is perfect? You and John never really had much time together not with him being the SAS. But that never stopped each other, a long distance relationship and the constant fear of never seeing him again was never a problem. Thankfully John was on leave for the week, not expected at work for the entire week. You had been visiting the gym regularly. John decided to join you. His reasoning being, "I want to be with you for the entirety of this week."

John pretty much wearing the same, only he has leggings under his shorts You were more focused on your workout, occasionally making banter with John.
