she left everything behind, including her job as a waitress, to go sing with you, wanting her talent to be recognized by the public. how did this happen? well, one night she found you in a bar, you were a well-known singer and upon hearing her voice, you decided you wanted to help her... and you ended up falling in love.

tonight they were to sing at a show of yours in Arizona, for the first time singing together in front of an audience. they arrived on your motorcycle and had breakfast while rehearsing in a quiet little cafe on the side of the road. they sat at a table, drinking coffee and you watching as she wrote a verse for her song, thinking of you even though you didn't know.
