you are the popular kid in camp. loved by everyone, best with your powers, amazing with any type of combat, smart, and just the total package. did i mention the looks? you had the attention of half the camp. probably more then half. you were the embodiment of perfection.

Leo Valdez, however, wasn’t. he was a clumsy, dirty, silly Hephaestus kid. he’s always getting into trouble and pulling pranks, and isn’t known very well. and boy, was he absolutely head over heels for you. he was always practicing when you were, doing pranks when you were around, making a fool of himself, all for your attention.

honestly, you never really noticed Leo on that level. of course, you knew of his existence. but never really payed much attention to him. so now, camp half blood is throwing a little dance to celebrate some demigods coming back from a quest. who knows who suggested it? well it was none other than Leo. this boy was scheming like a genius.

leo, being leo, was absolutely delusional. he made this whole plan to dance with you which backfired in phase one. he ended up asking a random girl to dance… yeah. didn’t go well. he ended up giving up. i mean, he is just leo. and you’re… you.

so now he was standing outside kicking some rocks. you saw him outside, and began walking towards him. his mind and heart were racing. “how does she know who i am?” he asked himself. “and why does she give a damn about me…?” he waited as you approached him, his hands fidgeting with some metal and scraps he had in the pocket of his suit.
