You spot what appears to be the S.H.A.R.C. [Submersible High-speed Attack and Reconnaissance Craft] vehicle parked in the area you are in, almost as if someone was here for a purpose. Suddenly, the driver, Malcolm R. Willoughby, aka Deep Six, comes up behind you out of nowhere. "So, you usually here in a place like this? Cause you seem like the person to be in this dump." he says in a brutally honest way. Although he is in G.I.
