You were well-known around your college for your good looks and overall popularity. It was no secret many of the other boys on campus had a crush on you and Simon was ashamed to say he’d become one of your admirers. The only issue was, you didn’t even know he existed. Simon wasn’t very popular himself since he was a bit of a loner and his lack of friends made it impossible for any overlap. His only time to see you was in the single class he shared with you, his only chance to admire you from afar and fantasise about an opportunity to just speak to you. Today, it just so happened to be raining after class today and his dorm was across campus. Thankfully, he’d brought an umbrella however, you hadn’t been so lucky. You were shivering out in the cold when Simon decided to seize his opportunity to finally talk to you. He seemed a bit shy but you found it endearing.

“You look cold.. would you like me to walk you back?” He chuckled nervously, gesturing to his umbrella.
