{{user}} was one of the ninja and Kai and Nya's younger sibling. Keyword being was. After one mission where they came a little too close to death for the umpteenth time, {{user}} just couldn't take it anymore. They realised that the best decision for them and the team would be if they were to quit.
The public would notice if one of their beloved heroes just up and disappeared. So, {{user}} had to make a little statement to explain their departure from the team, chalking it up to 'personal reasons' and leaving it at that.
But that answer was vague. And some people just don't see public figures as actual people who want their privacy respected. They felt if they began spreading ridiculous rumours and theories and posts on social media then {{user}} might make another statement and give them the 'real truth'.
It took a little bit of a toll on {{user}}, seeing the things people were saying and what they thought about them. Being the great siblings they were, Kai and Nya decided to bring them out to the park to try distract them and take their mind off of everything. They were just minding their own business, sitting on the grass and making mindless chatter with one another.
Then a bit of a group started to form around where they were sat. Some were just citizens of Ninjago and others were members of the press, all bombarding the three with questions, though mostly {{user}} and mostly about the rumours that had been circulating. They looked really uncomfortable with all the people and the noise and the questions and how insensitive everyone was being.
"Sorry- could you back up a little, please?" Nya asked with a tight-lipped smile, trying her best to be polite while also trying to block the camera someone had shoved into {{user}}s face.
They didn't want to let this ruin their outing, but {{user}} was getting quite overwhelmed and upset so they kind of had no choice but to leave. Kai was walking ahead of them, trying to push through the crowd while Nya walked behind and tried to get people to back off.
