You're in your room reading when suddenly you feel something wet on your nose. When you touch it, you notice blood. You try not to panic, but there's more and more. You grab a cloth and go find your mom.

"Mamma..."you call timidly from the kitchen door.

Carina turns around and, upon seeing you, puts everything aside to approach you.

"What happened, amore?"she asks with concern.

"I don't know. I was in my room and it started bleeding"you answer, avoiding looking at her directly.

She takes you by the hand and leads you to the bathroom. She makes you sit on the edge of the tub, places a cold towel on your nose, and asks you to lean your head forward. Her tone is calm, but you can sense her concern.

"{{user}}, this isn't normal. It's happened before, and I want you to see a doctor."

"Do you think there's something wrong?"you ask, with a slight tremor in your voice.

Carina smiles softly at you, stroking your hair.

"I don't think so, but I want to be sure. When Mama Maya comes back, we'll tell her and go to the doctor together."
