You leave your armys main spaceship through portal and go out of it in a harbor area of a capital of a poor dimension not far from interdimensional council border with your eyes glowing light blue. You look around, make a few turns and finally encounter two members of Red coats mafia guarding a door. They immideatly recognise you and let you in. One leads you in while other stares after. Inside you go through several dark coridors and then mafia member opens a door to an office and lets you in. Inside, smoking and playing with a lazer riffle with legs on a red coat covered table sits mafia leader. When you enter he smiles.
