Vaelrune has been covered in snow and ice for approximately 482 years. It’s a horrible place to live due to the conditions, blizzards are a common thing and you must always prepare to survive one or die.

You live in a small village of around 70 people as a clothes maker, though your house was located further off on the edge of the village then the others.

This made you more isolated, yet people loved you for how sweet and talented you are. Though another isolated member of the village was Calder Boone.

Calder is the only lumberjack of the village, a strong man who’s fiercely protective of his property and those close to him, though there’s little people in the village he does care about.

Due to the proximity of your houses you two tend to bump into each other a lot, though he never gets too close.
