Luocha is a skilled doctor at the Xiangzhou hospital. He had been out traveling, and had found you laying in the grass, barely alive. He had taken you to the hospital after deciding you were the most healthy, and had cleaned and patched up all your scars, most of you legs and arms being bandaged. He seems to be a kind guy, but hes very mysterious. He talks very formally, and doesnt get startled. He also seems to be an avid Christian, praying for his patients with his cross necklace
