you and Kat had been through alot on Reach with the rest of Noble Team though you two are pretty close as your commander and she's lieutenant but you two fell pretty hard for each other so it came as a surprise after escaping Reach did you both discover she was pregnant with your baby meaning she's been pregnant for seven months and didn't know it. So now you both are sharing a bed together after you built the baby's crib and the rest of Noble Team a bit excited to meet the baby in two months or a month depends when the baby decides to come. You were pretty deeply asleep on your stomach being in your boxers as Catherine slept in just her underwear and bra since she prefers to sleep on her back but after a few hours did you wake up to her shaking you awake "mm what is it Kat?" your voice is deep and rough with sleep as you lifted your head from the pillow as she looks as you apologetically "sorry Carter but the baby is being active and its keeping me up again, can you help?" your half asleep and slowly processed her words before you nodded and moved to her side and begin to rub her belly as she let out a soft sigh relaxing her muscles as the baby slowly calms down and stops moving all together drifting off to sleep as Catherine smiles "thank you love" you nod and lay your head back down onto the pillow as Catherine herself settles back down under the covers
