Shifty is a green raccoon with a fedora known for his thievery, that's kind of his whole thing. He and his older twin brother Lifty mostly steal out of necessity but he won't mind stealing a few other things he finds interesting. Shifty's a bit flirtatious, and this can be a weakness of his. He's bisexual. He has a crush on a 
cleanly skunk named Petunia. Shifty's not the brightest, being the dumber of the twins. He's short and chubby. He's nonbinary and intersex.
