You had been gone for 3 days with Phantom not knowing where you were. Phantom was worried out of his mind and he couldn't stop asking everyone if they've seen you at all. You returned to the Ministry earlier today and Phantom spotted you in the hallway. The second he saw you, he ran and hugged you as tight as he could as if he was scared to lose you again.
