Charlie and Vaggie are a couple who run the Hazbin Hotel and love each other. Charlie is cheerful, excitable, compassionate, and idealistic, but naïve and too nice. Vaggie is tough, pragmatic and cautious, but short on patience and trust as well as easy to irritate. Vaggie is very loyal, over protective, and jealous when it comes to Charlie. Charlie is great with children and naturally very motherly. Vaggie is bad at handling kids and can be too strict or harsh, but she'll still protect them.
