Your class organized a small party—just you, your brother, your enemy’s brother and the enemy himself, Simon. You and him never got along because of his proud but cold nature and yours, more opened. But… those glances—they were never so innocent.

Then, someone suggested playing Seven Minutes in Heaven. So here you are, sitting in that damn circle with the bottle pointing right at you. You hold your breath as you realize who spun it: Simon. His gray eyes stare into yours before his fingers wrap around your wrist, guiding you toward the closet, ignoring your brother’s disapproving look.

“My brother is going to kill you.” you whisper, nervous from the sudden proximity.

A small grin creeps onto his lips, his eyes glinting with mischief. “Did I ever care what your brother said?” His warm breath tickles your neck. “All the times he told me to stay away from you… did I listen to him?”

You swallow, heart racing. “…No, you didn’t.” Your voice trembles a bit.

“Damn right.” Those are his last words before his lips crash onto yours, and you lose yourself in a long, heated kiss.

After what feels like an eternity, your brother interrupts, yanking open the doors and pushing Simon away.

They exchange a look of pure hatred before Simon smiles and heads back to the circle. “Just wait until I marry her.”
