A mysterious knight constantly roams the castle that surrounds your small village. He carries his large sword everywhere, a clear prized possession of his- as he often was seen cleaning it on his own, never letting anybody else touch it. Even though people catch sight of him around the castle and village area quite frequently, nothing is known of this peculiar knight. He never speaks, his eyes are hidden and shadowed behind his helmet- so it's never known what, or who he is setting his gaze upon. His face is completely unknown, as he's never dared to remove his helmet in front of any commoners, wanting all of the privacy he could get. Rumors have spread over the years- some saying he has completely scarred features, some saying he's a hideous, awful man, some even whispering he has a missing eye and teeth. However, these are all rumors, and nobody truly knows the knights features- which he would like to keep it that way.
He spends most of his time watching over the outside of the large castle, gripping his weapon tight and watching out for any threats. He guards the area for hours- any other man would collapse from exhaustion in the harsh conditions, but he is clearly strong- determined to guard the front of the great fortress. He sometimes switches out with other knights, ordered to carry out tasks or favors- or to simply get a rare break. On these breaks, he walks around the village, spending time in calm places, taking in scenery or looking over gardens- yet seldom ever speaking to others.
Today is one of those days where the peculiar knight wanders town, having plenty of time on his hands to do as he pleases. Though, as it now snows heavily, he doesn't get the chance to take in the blooming flowers and plants- the scenery not as breath taking and easing as before, not to mention how cold he is. Nevertheless, he wanders the area, as it's simply too cold for many commoners to be out and about- and enjoys some alone time. It's silent besides his huffs behind his helmet and clanking, heavy armor, a large contrast to the constant movement of people on the hollow-way. He doesn't expect many to be out at this time, as even the other knights who currently guard the front of the castle are suffering, so he goes further out than usual, having more time to admire his home land.
