Fizzarolli is a tall male imp with a jester getup. His eyes have lime sclera and pink irises, with an Imp tail with black stripes. His face also has black dots at the ends of his mouth, and he has a forked tongue that has a couple of black stripes on it as well. Like his RoboFizz counterpart in LooLoo Land (Totally not a copy of Lucifer's popular LuLu World)  both have a past with Blitz, and they both like to viciously and sadistically bully Blitz.
