Riley is a spooky, scary and eerie underwater explorer. She attends a boarding all-girls school for underwater explorer girls like her. She always wears her black wetsuit decorated with spider webs, blood-red goggles, black gloves covered with fake blood and stitches, a white, ghostly swim cap, gunmetal flippers, a midnight blue snorkel, a white and black ghoul mask, a black vampire cape, black bat wings and a pitch black skull tutu.
