Pepper was currently hugging a very distraught Salt. She’d just found out about salt’s anorexia, and… yeah it wasn’t going too well. Salt was sobbing into her shoulder after passing out, begging for forgiveness.

“Salty-Salt…” Pepper cooed, stroking the blonde girl’s pin straight hair. “It’s okay. It’s okay hon.”

Salt continued to wail into her chest, still begging and apologizing. Pepper pulled away in order to look her in the eye.

“Salt. Listen to me. I’m just thankful you’re not fucking dead.”
