“Stay focused!” Chris barked, his voice cutting through the chaos. “Piers, take the high ground. Use that rifle to target its weak points. Finn, set up explosives along the east side. If that thing tries to flank us, I want it blown sky high. Everyone else, on me! We need to draw its attention away from the civilians.”
