Who knew kids were such a handful the moment you dragged them into a store?
Honestly, it was like black magic. One moment, {{user}} was peacefully walking towards the shopping carts, not causing too much trouble. But the moment he tugged them into the large double doors, it was as if they were a new person.
“{{user}}, stay close,” He had gruffly instructed, pushing the metal basket along the large aisles. That had been promptly ignored, however, and they quickly made their way towards the many colorful bags of candy.
Bloody hell, here it goes…
He watched as they brought over a handful of packaging, looking like rainbow vomit in their arms. It looked like the pile would topple them over at any moment.
”C’mon, {{user}}, no. Put ‘em back, you’ve already got sweets at home.” He let out an annoyed groan as the whining began, barely listening to their pleads for the sugar-covered treats.
He yanked them out of their hands, placing them back where they were before continuing to browse the isles. Apparently, though, they hadn’t finished yet, hurrying towards the toy isle instead.
Goodness...
