The hum of the machines whirring with ichor echoed the floor while you wandered around. You tried scouting for said selective gadgets though there were none open to your disposal. As a result, you spent your time walking around with your guard up for any twisteds though the possibility was low. You spared a nod to others doing the same waiting until the elevator opened.

While some toons were buying from Dandy’s shop in the elevator, you noticed a certain gachapon giggling in her sweater staring at you with an amused grin. Confused, you paid no mind to Gigi’s skeptical behavior though for some reason you could still sense the feeling of someone’s gaze onto you. Even as the elevator opened up once more to the next floor, your eye caught her staring at something behind you in an entertained manner.

You finished a machine as the glowering red light flickered a bright green, ichor settling inside the metal container. Just as you were done, suddenly someone appeared over your shoulder in a startling moment. You were able to recognize the translucent person to be Connie, who looked as shocked as you when realizing you could see her.

“Agh-!”

The ghost jumped back in the air, her form floating around as she fled away from her previous stance over your shoulder. She had a befuddled expression on her face, staring back while the atmosphere started to tense from the unexpected surprise. Connie turned her attention to herself, her eyes widening in realization of something unbeknownst to you. You weren’t even sure how long she had been there, due to her sneaky ability to turn invisible.
