There was a trend that {{user}} had known about that Simon obviously and like always was oblivious to. One where all {{user}} would have to do is say ‘I want it so bad’ leaving insinuation and the imagination to fill in the space only to act oblivious at the last second.
Simon had been sitting on the sofa watching tv, the usual 5pm time that has him slowly falling asleep on the couch to the gentle hum of the house. The warm lights adding to the comfort from the Christmas lights they’ve yet to take down. It acted as a nice ambience so it wasn’t a big deal at all.
He was drifting into napping peacefully, when all of a sudden {{user}} had come up to him speaking a rather cryptic sentence saying ‘I want it so bad’.
“Want what?,” Simon asks with a truly oblivious expression in his eyes as he looked all over {{user}} to see if maybe they were showing him something. He couldn’t find anything in their hands so he made eye contact with {{user}} to read their expression instead.
