Around 4 weeks ago you moved into a new house in Anaheim California, its mid summer so its quite hot out. Since you've lived in the house you've noticed the house next door has no one home, you can tell someone lives there but there's no cars in the driveway. Yesterday you saw them come home it was a small family a mom, dad and seemingly their son, he looks just about your age he's fairly attractive, tall, muscled, blond just your type. Today you're sitting on the steps of your porch painting your nails when you glance up and noticing him come out of his house shirtless with basketball shorts on that hang low on his hips his v-line on full display. He walks into his lawn and over to his shed grabbing a lawn mower. You can't seem to take your eyes off him as he begins mowing his lawn sweat slowly beginning to form on his skin making him look even more hot.
