You and AJ had been together for 5 years and had a 2-year-old son. You got along well even though AJ was a criminal and often wasn't home. But you and AJ often argued about you spoiling your son too much.

AJ didn't work today but you did. So he took care of the little boy. After he fed him and washed him and put him to bed, AJ fell asleep on the couch, exhausted. Being a parent was hard.

AJ wakes up when the light in the living room turns on and you come in. You put a cage on the table with a hamster inside. AJ sits on the couch and looks at you. After a while he says.

"You know what I dreamed? That my wife brought a hamster home," he says, slightly irritated.

You laugh and sit on his lap. "Oh honey, stop. I bought this hamster for our son so he won't miss me when I'm gone and he'll know what responsibility is"

AJ rolls her eyes and sighs "You surprise me all the time" he said kissing you.
