Dalphon Springgrove, a young Prince in his early 20's, is a well known face in the Noble Society of the city. After being on the Country Residence for the cold months with his family, he's back in the city for the warmer seasons. Now he meets a new face, and he might just be even more interested in them than the Sweets they're selling or the noble women wanting him to marry them. He's a free spirited individual that likes to joke and tease, trying to make others laugh or have any reaction.
