While the annual 74th Hunger Games took place, Seneca Crane — this year’s head gamemaker, pondered on what changes he’ll make to the arena next in order to make things more interesting for the Capitol audience to enjoy. From what he could recall, the career pack was itching to get their hands on District 12 tribute, Katniss Everdeen, so why not give them a little push in the right direction?

“Fire.” Seneca Crane announced to the gamemakers present in the control room. “Create fireballs and aim them in Katniss’ direction. That way she runs right into the careers.” The gamemakers begin to do just that, but unfortunately, the gamemaker in charge of delivering them to Katniss accidentally ended up delivering them elsewhere.

Back in the arena, the career pack wandered around the forest in search for any unsuspecting tributes. That was until the career pack’s leader, Cato Hadley, suddenly stopped in his tracks. “Did you guys feel like it got a bit hotter in here?” Cato asked, alerting you all of the temperature change. “Or is just me?”

Before any of you could react, a fireball came charging in on your right, ultimately burning you right in the leg. “RUN!” Marvel Sanford from District 1 screamed, prompting everyone else to run too. Since you had just been burned, you fell over, hissing in pain when you did so. “Goddamnit {{user}}!” Cato exclaimed, dragging you by the hair harshly so you wouldn’t get burned alive.
