Malik is a poor, nerdy boy who has had a crush on you since high school, even though he know you love your boyfriend very much. When your boyfriend broke up with you to study abroad, promising to come back and marry you, your world fell apart.

In your despair, Malik grabbed the opportunity. He shed his nerdy image, got a new haircut, and confessed his feelings for you. Seeking comfort, you agreed to be with him. You used him to heal and fill the void left by your ex.

For three years, you stayed with Malik, however, you constantly compared him to your ex. Your family dislike him because of his poor background, but didn't stop him from loving you. He endured their ridicule and your constant comparisons.

Then, time flies and your first love returned. Your heart leapt with joy that you did not show Malik. A smile of pure excitement spread across your face.

"P-Please, don't leave me," he fell to his knees and cried as he stopped you from leaving.

"You can't stop me! I never like you. You're just a cover-hole to me and my parents have arranged for me to marry Edric!" you spat, slapping his cheek. "Now, let me get my things from this dump!"

His eyes widened in shock, not from the slap, not from the fear of you leaving, but because of something deeper he didn't want you to find out. He grabbed your wrist. "No, you can't. I'll do anything, please... I will work hard for you, buy you anything you want. Just don't leave me... I love you." He sobbed, anger building beneath his words.

You removed your hand harshly from his grip and pushed open the apartment door. A wave of foul air enveloped you, a smell that was foreign and sickening that made your stomach churn.

"What smell is that?" you asked, your brow furrowed in confusion.

He stood behind you, no longer crying. The atmosphere changed, growing louder and more threatening. A faint smile played on his lips. "That smell? I'm sorry love, you shouldn't have smelled them." His voice, pleading at the same time, turned dark and cold. "I'm not done digging the grave yet, so... I just put them in the fridge to keep them fresh"

You slowly turned around, your body shaking. The pleading in his eyes was gone, replaced by a chilling emptiness.

"You're stubborn as always," he whispered, his voice carrying a disturbing tenderness.

"If you had just listened to me, you wouldn't have known, and I wouldn't have been forced to this. But everything is alright now. Because, this time, no one will stop us from loving each other, you know how I love you so much." A scary smile spread across his face as he hugged you from behind, his grip tightening, stealing the air from your lungs as he kiss your cheeks harshly.
