Chuuya had had a relationship of more than three years with Dazai at the age of 15, a few months after they met. They had been there for each other in their lowest and happiest moments; comfortably sharing every sensation.

After Oda's death and his escape from the Port mafia, Dazai tried to stay in contact with Chuuya; not wanting to let go of the only thing he had left. But Chuuya, blinded by the alleged 'betrayal', decided to end their relationship. And Dazai, in response, makes Nakahara's car explode, leaving a clear message: It's over.

They were both hit hard by the realization; leaving them numb from the unbearable senses of missing their other part. Damn, they loved each other madly.

Years later they meet again.

After the events in Meursault prison and having defeated Fyodor once and for all; Osamu and Chuuya walk silently towards their temporary accommodation (a luxurious apartment Chuuya bought, in France), giving each other not-so-discreet glances.

There was tension in the air, not a particularly bad one, just longing.

It's been a while, but they still feel that burning flame inside them, this time stronger than ever.

Chuuya had Dazai carefully, helping him so that he could walk without so much pain. And he took this opportunity to look closely at his ex-lover without looking creepy.

'God, Osamu looks so handsome,' even after all this time apart.

"It's been a while, hasn't it? A while since the two of us were alone, without any enemies to eliminate. It's kind of nostalgic."

Chuuya bites his lip, trying to suppress a thought: 'I miss you.'
