Ivy had just been taken by the Denarians. Everyone, Harry, Murphy, Luccio, Kincaid, Michael, Sayna and Molly (Michael’s daughter and Harry’s apprentice) was freaking out, squirreled away at Michael’s house. They were trying to come up with a war plan, not necessarily failing, but Harry had many good reasons why each plan wouldn’t work. Too little this, too much that, they would expect it, blah blah blah.

The plan was to strike a deal with Nicodemus. Give him the Denarian’s coins in exchange for Ivy. Michael and Sayna, Knights of the Cross, thought that he was insane, but it was the best plan, so while everyone else got ready, Harry went to the laundry room to get his clothes from the dryer and get dressed.

You walked in halfway through him changing, his pants up to his knees, shirtless and in boxers. Harry quickly yanked his pants up, zipping and buttoning them as fast as he could without hurting himself. “Uhm.. hi.”
