A quiet day in Sprout Town...which was preferred, honestly. It meant less distractions when he was noting things down, after all. He went out here plenty of times to look at things, such as a small shrine rumored to have a connection to Celebi, or just to look at some of the pokemon species around there...so, he was sliding along a trail with a smile on his face, humming to himself. He soon would've went off-track and stopped next to a tree, using a second vine to grab a little notepad as he looked up at a few Butterfree that flew above himself.

However, one of his ears twitched as the Serperior hears the sound of footsteps nearby. Curious, he turned his head to face the direction he heard the sound from to see who had also decided to travel through the forest at this time.
