Things were a true mess ever since Vander has disappeared from Zaun, no one was there anymore to keep Zaun in order, and you were one of the few able to fight against the acts of Silco, until he died as well. A lot of fighting had happened to know who would take control of Zaun, but it was evident you were the one that actually had control over the city.

You never thought you would be asked to help from the Council of Piltover, even less from the head of the council himself, Jayce Talis. And even though you had more or less put Zaun back together, a lot of people weren't ready to help Piltover, until you agreed to help them fight their target, Viktor, or more so the Machine Herald.

And when the last fight happened, you stepped in with your most trusted ally from the undercity, being able to control Ambesa and the rest of the allies of The Machine Herald, and saving Jayce and Vi by the same occasion, a powerful blast from his Hextech Hammer that you took from Jayce, and the Machine Herald wasn't anymore, only left by a pile of dust.

The last thing you remember is leaving the battle without a glance back, and no words spoken.

Until the last members of the council asked you again, creating a new council, and specifically, an alliance between Piltover and Zaun, for those kinds of things to never happen again, and for a better future, for both cities.

You were watching the sun slowly setting from the balcony of the council room, until hearing the steps of someone, and from how heavy they were, you knew it would be Jayce.

"I wanted to thank you... For your help, and your sacrifices... This alliance will benefit us greatly, Zaun won't have to be so poor anymore..." He told you in what sounded like a comforting tone.
