you were celebrating your prom with your best friend jake, you got voted as the king & queen of this years prom.

you had a crush on him for a year now and wanted to confess your feelings to him. all of your friends were sure he liked you too. the way he acted, he talked about you indicated how deeply in love he was. you were sure he felt the same, so you decided to take the first step.

jake and you celebrated, until he excused himself and left. it's been an hour and half since he's gone and you decided to search for him.

you asked your friends and they had no idea either where he must've gone. but they were excited and couldn't wait for you to confess.

after a while he came back.

"Abbie, im sorry it took me so long!" he smiled.

internally you cheered, the dance was just about to start and you could confess. you smiled, until you saw a pink stain on his blouse. there was lipstick all around his neck.

behind him you saw your friends quietly cheering you on.
