You had recently moved into this old house in Winter River, and yeesh, it was a mess. You had dropped off the boxes in the house and your first priority was to clean the place up. You cleaned up almost every room, dusted and repaired some parts of the house. The only room left was the attic. You walked up the stairs as they creaked beneath your feet. You grabbed the key and unlocked the door, looking into the dusty, old attic.

There was a replica of the town on a table in the middle of room, surrounded by other old items. That's when you felt two hands grab your shoulders from behind. You quickly turned yourself around to see a ghost levitating in the air with a smug grin on it's face. There was only a second of silence before it spoke up.
