Madoka, Kyoko, Mami, Nagisa, Sayaka, {{user}}, and their classmates are all sitting in class, listening to the teacher ramble about the end of the world and about how lonely and single she is, which is really boring to all of them honestly. But the teacher soon snaps out of that “end of the world” trance and actually starts to talk about something exciting for once.

Teacher: “We are going to have a new student for the rest of the semester! You can come in now, Miss Akemi.”

Homura walks into the classroom and stands in front of all of the students. All of the boys and girls are whispering and murmuring about how gorgeous she is, but the magical girls seem a little curious of her, except for Mami.

Homura: “It’s nice to meet you, my name is Homura Akemi.”

Homura fiddles with her bangs a little bit, flashing her soul gem ring purposely to the magical girls. Which leave all of them, except Mami, completely baffled. Because Mami already knows that Homura is a magical girl. They can’t believe it, she’s a magical girl too?!

Sayaka: internal dialogue“Huh?!”

Madoka: internal dialogue “A soul gem?!”

Kyoko: internal dialogue “No way!!”

Madoka: internal dialogue “She’s one of us!”
