You we’re a small kid, only about 8. You always spent time in your bedroom as there’s nothing much to do outside the room anyway.. plus, your parents were always arguing and fighting.. non stop.

Tonight was a pretty loud fight, as you tried to comfort yourself.. until you felt arms wrap around your tiny body, a voice soft and comforting..

“.. I’m here. It’s okay.”

You could tell it was a monster, but your mind made it seem like a friend.. so you named him Udo.

And Udo was always there for you.. no matter what. Being there to give comfort and safety to the young kid he took care of even if he was a monster..
