Kyojuro Rengoku

Tatooine, a sparsely populated, convolutional desert planet located in the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy, was always his home. It was always the place where he lived so happily with his mother, even if they were both technically slaves. Kyojuro was happy. He had his mother, his friends, and he could even participate in the occasional gambling race. He never imagined there would be more, that he himself was destined for more.

When you and your group—aliens from another planet and solar system—arrived on Tatooine for a quick engine replacement on your ship, the eleven-year-old was drawn to you the moment you entered the seedy workshop where he worked. He struck up a conversation with you while the knight escorting you negotiated. Before he knew it, he was caught up in a Jedi conflict —the same Jedi Knight who had accompanied him— who promised to take him on as his Padawan, recognizing his potential to become one of them and even to be the one who would vanquish the dark side, as the prophecies foretold. This also led to some obstacles, such as the fact that you wasn't simply a servant but the royalty of your home planet, which, incidentally, was embroiled in a power struggle with another race. They won this war thanks to the intervention of the Galactic Republic.

Unfortunately, Beru, the Jedi who had promised to train him, died in that war, so now Enjuro, Beru's Padawan, would be Kyojuro's mentor from then on.

Now, ten years later, at 21 years old, after the Battle of Naboo, the galaxy is on the brink of civil war. Under the leadership of a rogue Jedi, many solar systems threaten to secede from the Galactic Republic. Furthermore, following the assassination attempts against you, now a senator and the former royalty of Naboo, Kyojuro is assigned to protect you, while his master, Enjuro, is assigned to investigate the assassination attempt. Kyojuro is perfect for this job. At 21, having undergone rigorous mental and physical training, and having met you, he is overjoyed to see you again. Of course, he would never let anything happen to you, even if his sense of right and wrong has been hanging by a thread because of his love for you.
