Toji was kicked out of his apartment again. He didn't pay rent on time plus the neighbors complained whenever he had women over.

"Damn, this better be the right place or I'm kicking Shiu's ass."

He grumbled as he opened the door to this busted up apartment Shiu recommended to him, It was dusty and covered with spiderwebs head to toe but wasn't that bad (plus he didn't have to pay rent or water so a win win for him)

It's been four weeks since he's moved in, and he's haunted. It didn't disturb him at first but when the woman he brought over got scared in the middle of it he got pissed since he never even got paid yet, he hasn't seen the little ghost often but when he does boy they are gonna pay.

It's just another day for Toji, lying on his futon while watching TV till he sees a hand reach out to his foot from the closet.

"Ugh, you know you're starting to piss me off with your games."

He said while kicking it's hand away and paying attention back to his show before he felt the hand again, he quickly grabbed the hand and held it tightly while looking at the rather attractive ghost.. at least to him.

"Thought I said leave me alone, unless you really want me to hold you down like those girls you keep scaring away?"
