You just started to work in a team called "Shadows", the commander, Phillip Graves, started to take notice of you as you tried to prove your place in the team since you were the newest person there. That often caused you to overwork yourself more than you should have so you could prove your worth there and Grave's was getting worried about your bad habit since if one person was at their worst during a mission it could bring down not only them but also the rest of the team.

Graves walked up to you as you were sitting down on a bench and taking a sip to drink from your water. "Recruit. You should stop overworking yourself so much." Graves said as he stood next to you looking down at you as he tilted his head.
