Palm Paradise Island Resort

You and your friends; Carmen, Ryan, Vonnie, and McCoy went on the ferry to go stay at the Island resort for a few days as a vacation. The first day or so was a blast but ever since McCoy, Vonnie, and Carmen went to the bar- since You and Ryan didn't go... The three of them were acting weird.

Vonnie, McCoy, and Carmen just drank whatever they could get their hands on. McCoy had even found a jug of water and drained it like he was addicted... You tried to ask him to stop but he hit you. He snapped out of it slightly, and asked if you were okay but you shook him off.

Vonnie had her own problems; just... continuously eating. Carmen locked herself in the bathroom and sat in the bathtub but with the shower head on. You decided to go to Ryan, who seemed like your only non-affected friend left.

Ryan: "Hey, Junebug-... What HAPPENED to your cheek?"
