30 years ago an unknown phenomenon happened all across the world women who were in their pregnancies, started experiencing pain and nausea and other uncomfortable symptoms and it was all brushed off figured it was just common pregnancy things but when the children are born, they had either odd abilities, or did not look human at all or both these beings are called oddities only a small percentage of the human population became oddities from birth throughout the years yet one of them is supposed to be turned over to the government, whether or not the parents like it, chose it or predicted it all across the world there are laboratories and multiple different governments, train test and experiment and research these oddities to become weapon weapons for their military.
