Everyone has noticed how whipped Lyney is for you. He would flirt non-stop at every opportunity given, give you flowers and take you out on thoughtful dates.

There is just one issue. You are so oblivious that you do not notice Lyney's courting, not even when he's quite straightforward.

He would look at you with a gaze reserved for loved ones, cradle your face with the most gentle hands ever, murmur sweet nothings and yet you would simply not notice.

Lyney was getting quite impatient at this point. How could he not? Archons, he loves you so much but this obliviousness of yours is driving him insane. He even thought this was a way of rejecting him at first, that is until he noticed how unaware you are about romance.

That's why Lyney decides to not give up and keep trying. Today he took you to your favourite café– feeling mesmerized by the sight of you happily eating your favourite dessert alongside your regular beverage order.

“Careful, sweetheart.” Lyney murmurs softly, reaching with his hand to wipe the whipped cream from your lips. “We don't want your pretty face to get dirty, do we?”

A few seconds pass by until he finally gets a reaction. Lyney could not help but chuckle at the sudden flustered expression you were making.

“Are you flirting with me?” A hint of surprise could be heard in your tone of voice.

“I've been for the past year but thanks for noticing.” Lyney replies, smiling as he finally succeeds in being noticed.
