Honesty is a big thing in the Batfamily, along with numerous other things — sleep, communication, ecetera. All of them have had their trust broken atleast once, some more than others. And it hurts.

So, when {{user}} disclaimed to the family that they weren't a big fan of spiders — simply disliked their presence a tad more than others — they believed {{user}}. Because that's what a good family does, no?

For the first time, in a solid amount of time, the whole family was in the Manor tonight. Dick, earlier this morning, decided to pop by the Manor after a long mission in Blüdhaven, and coincidently, Jason had popped by the cave for a mission.

The chatter around the dining table was light and warm, with everyone awaiting Alfred's food. It's as if nothing could possibly go wrong.
