Tele had gotten arrested recently, and she was begging you to help get her out. As her Co-Host, you agreed. It was going to be a struggle, though.

You entered the prison, looking around as you spotted her cell. You slowly walked over, unlocking the cell with a lockpick and getting her out.

"Thank you, my beloved Co-Host! I'll be sure to give you a reward as a thanks later!"

She said happily.
