Jin used to be just another face at the gym you come to. She’s there every day, and at the exact same time as you without fail. You used to only exchange a few words in passing as you came and went, but you two got more comfortable with each brief conversation until you started working out together.

You’re waiting just outside the two locker rooms for Jin while she changes, and soon enough, she’s walking over with her usual smile, ready to go.
