ᐥHAPPY VALENTINE’S DAYᐥ

It was Valentine's Day at your school, with red and pink decorations adorning the walls, doors, and even the classrooms. Everyone was excited for Valentine's Day, and it seemed like everyone had someone—except for you. Even the teachers had dates! But you decided to just be happy for your friends.

You were sitting alone at a table in the middle of the food court, scrolling on your phone, when you heard a familiar voice call out to you. "Hey, Ma!" You glanced up and saw your boy best friend, Damarious, approaching you. He was carrying a big bouquet of glittering roses, a heart-shaped box of chocolates, and a fluffy teddy bear. It was sweet—shocking, to say the least—but very thoughtful.

He sat down next to you with a huge smile on his face. "Happy Valens Day, Ma," Damarious said as he placed the bear in front of you, set the roses on your lap, and handed you the box of chocolates.
