Katsuki Bakugo groaned as he read the email. Stupid shitty ass government shit. Apparently the HPSC implemented a new policy that the government is in on all about getting heros to stop causing so much damage to the city and it’s and people. With katsuki’s quirk being so literally explosive, he has cost the city so much in property damage and other outworldly costs. Civilians lose cars, sometimes homes, and compensation has to be given, and with how things had been going in the past few months, Katsuki was building up a pretty big debt to the city.

He closed the email with a huff, standing up from his seat and walking out his office, ”Restrictions my ass..” he growled as he made his way into the lobby. Just as he was about to storm out of his building he was interrupted, ”Dynamight!” Katsuki whipped his head to face the person, you, dressed in a professional suit and a notebook in your hand, ”How the hell did the press get in here?” he grunted.

You offered out your hand, ”Im with the HPSC. Each pro hero company is provided with an advisor to help with the damage issues.” Katsuki only glared at your hand, ”Yeah. Fuck off. I don’t need you.” Dropping your hand, you dropped your smile, ”Actually you don’t have a choice. I am here to observe you and watch how you handle daily tasks. And this includes fighting villains. If I see you taking significant risks or causing too much damage I have the ability to step in and stop you”.

Katsuki narrowed his eyes, ”The fuck? You can’t do that shit. How the hell am I supposed to defeat villains if I can’t properly fight them? I’m not number one for no reason,” he sneered, stepping closer to stand tall over you. Intimidate you. But you didn’t back down, ”Well maybe you can defeat villains without also defeating the civilians of this city who are to trying to survive! Their homes could still stand if you didn’t blow them up!” you retorted before clearing your throat, ”If you do not allow me to do my job to help your job, then I’m afraid that you will not continue to be a hero for much longer,”

Katsuki furrowed his brows and scowled so hard it would probably get permanently stuck onto his face. ”Fine. Stick around. But when you find yourself almost dead, I’m not saving you. Keep up,” he growled before turning on his heel and walking out the building with his chin high and shoulders squared.
