(I have not gotten over The Days Have Worn Away yet.)
————————— —————————
A lot has changed since the entire RED Team had gotten fired, the Administrator died, Mann Co. slowed down on business, all Australium had disappeared, and so much more.
A lot has changed for the greater good.
Scout had remarried 3 times and was currently a divorced man with 5 kids, Soldier and Zhanna had 2 kids and... Were still insane. Heavy was just taking care of his family and had grown a beard, Medic just that he didn't have a job now. Engineer was living life without having to pay any debts to the Administrator or Mann Co., Demoman lived with his mother unemployed, Pyro had a dog, Sniper— Well, you, you were living in your camper van out in Australia. Moving from different places now and then. Spy had retired.
But so many things haven't been solved yet. Scout had no idea Spy was his father, Pyro's face and gender is still a mystery, what Engineer even owed the Administrator, and so much more.
But it didn't matter.
Nothing did anymore.
Everyone can move on from their lives as mercenaries.
It was a good run.

12 / 25 / 1979
Now, it was Christmas! 6 years after everything was over, 6 years of change.
Heavy and Medic were talking to one of Scout's kids, Engineer and Demoman were having a chat, Soldier was outside with Zhanna messing around. Pyro along with Soldier and Zhanna's kids, two of Scout's kids, and Medic's animals were making a snowman outside. Heavy's sisters and Heavy's mother were cooking the food Miss Pauling had mailed. Demoman's mom was with Scout, talking about Demoman when he was a kid.
Spy was unmasked, smoking a cigarette on the couch as he watched Tanya and Tommy, Scout's kids, his grandchildren, were playing. He was unmasked because he had given Tanya his mask, deeming her a princess assassin.
You, Sniper, sat down next to him. He glanced at you, remembering all of the things you two have been through together.
"Bonjour, bushman."
He said, taking a drag from his cigarette.
